We are a Hong Kong based company. All items sold by DIGIBAL ONLINE are enhanced 1 Year Warranty at Hong Kong. Items can be sent back to Hong Kong for Warranty.
International Shipping
All items will be sent from the Hong Kong Warehouse. Shipment are available to United Kingdom, Australia, Singapore, United States and other European Countries.
Standard Shipping is the basic Shipping method. The delivery time is around 8-12 business days. Custom may be incurred.
Kindly note that international shipping may incur local duties, taxes, brokerage, or other local government or 3rd party fees, which are not included in the freight quote. Grey market products do not come with a warranty in Hong Kong, but this platform offers a 90-day shopping guarantee. The plugs for parallel imported products are local country plugs; for example, Japanese version products will only provide Japanese plugs, and customers need to purchase adapters themselves. Customers can also buy various travel adapters from our company for use as adapters. All parallel imported products sold by the company are of international voltage and do not require a transformer.
All products enjoy a 7-day shopping guarantee, with exchanges for defective items, and thereafter arrangements will be made according to the different warranty periods of the products.

Local orders over $100 enjoy free shipping to SF lockers/SF stations
Local orders over $250 enjoy free shipping to your door (SF/JD), (excluding computer product components such as SSDs/computer monitors, etc.)
For computer product components such as SSDs/computer monitors, shipping costs range from $30 to $60, and the actual shipping cost will be displayed in the shopping cart
