Q1. Why is the number of charges from the power bank less than expected?
A1. There is some energy loss (usually 30% - 45%) during the power conversion process, which is normal. After conversion, a fully charged 20,100mAh power bank can provide about 11,250mAh of power to your device.

Q2. Why can't the power bank reach maximum power while charging?
A2. Please ensure that the charging cable you are using supports 100W (5A). Third-party chargers can only provide maximum power under the PD protocol. Some heat during the charging process is normal. To protect the battery, power may decrease. Please charge in a cool place and avoid charging other devices simultaneously.

Q3. Why does charging slow down or stop when the phone reaches 80%?
A3. iPhones may pause charging at 80% to protect battery health, especially if the phone is overheating. Charging will resume once the phone cools down. Some phones may also pause charging at 80% when battery optimization features are enabled. Please check your phone's battery settings.

Q4. Is it normal for the power bank or connected devices to heat up during charging?
A4. Yes, it is normal. Devices may heat up during prolonged charging or when used while charging (especially during gaming or video playback). The metal casing may feel warmer for better heat dissipation. Please use this product in a cool, ventilated area (32-77°F / 0-25°C).

Q5. Why do the readings on the charger screen differ from those on the power bank or third-party tools like POWER-Z?
A5. Results may vary due to different measurement locations on each device.
Aging of the charging cable and transmission loss can affect readings.
The display on the power bank only shows one decimal place.
