Terms and conditions for gaming chair delivery service

• Delivery service is limited to the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, including business and residential addresses in Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, and the New Territories. Additional shipping fees apply for remote areas: HK$350 for Tung Chung and Discovery Bay; no additional fees for Repulse Bay and Stanley.
• No delivery to Mui Wo, Kwai Chung Pier, Ma Wan, airport, restricted areas, or outlying islands.
• Delivery time is limited to Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays), from 12 PM to 6 PM. Service times may vary by area, and specific delivery dates and times cannot be guaranteed.
• Delivery personnel will call the customer in advance to confirm delivery arrangements. If the customer cannot be contacted, the delivery service will be automatically canceled.
• The street of the delivery address must allow truck parking.
• If the delivery truck (5.5 tons or more) cannot reach the building entrance and goods need to be carried, or if the building has no elevator or the purchased goods cannot or are not allowed to enter the elevator and need to be carried up the stairs, the customer will need to pay additional fees. Stair fees: HK$200 for each additional floor, with 7 steps or more counted as one floor
• If the delivery location is more than 100 meters from the parking space, an additional fee of HK$100 will be charged.
• If the goods arrive at the door on the confirmed delivery date and time but cannot be received, all additional fees will not be refunded. If a new delivery arrangement is needed, all additional fees must be paid again.
• In case of severe weather conditions, such as thunderstorms, typhoon signal No. 8, or black rainstorm warning, or if weather conditions cause vessel suspensions, severe flooding, or road blockages or closures, the delivery service will be suspended. Delivery times will be rescheduled without additional charges.
