Refund Policy

  • If the product is confirmed to have a manufacturing defect after inspection, customers can exchange the same model of the product within seven days (some specified brands and accessories are excluded). Customers must bring the product to the store for inspection and exchange. The arrangement and process for product maintenance will depend on the brand agent.
  • Each purchase can only be returned or exchanged once. If the item to be exchanged is out of stock, the customer can exchange it for other items of equal value.For home appliances such as ovens, refrigerators, and air conditioners, some of which involve installation or repair, brand owners or distributors have designated inspection and follow-up procedures.
  • All mobile phone products, after sale, if there is any human damage and/or cannot be activated for use and/or the display fails to show the IMEI/Serial No. that corresponds with the relevant invoice and/or receipt information, must be submitted to the brand owner or agent for inspection and repair.
  • When exchanging a product, customers must present a valid invoice, receipt, and an unfilled warranty card. The product must be in complete packaging, with no damage or scratches; the product's serial number (if any) must match the information on the invoice. For mobile phones and tablets, an inspection paper stamped by the official repair department is also required to prove that there is no human damage.
  • This return and exchange guarantee does not apply to returns due to market price fluctuations, changes in limited-time promotional prices, or/and software issues.
  • If the product purchased by the customer does not meet their needs or is unsuitable, our company will handle the matter on their behalf at our discretion.
  • (a) Before shipment, we may, at our discretion, change the product model or brand of goods for customers;
  • (b) If the product packaging has not been opened after delivery, we may, at our discretion, exchange the product model or brand for the customer, but the customer will need to pay the price difference and shipping costs.
  • (c) If the product packaging has been opened after delivery, the return and exchange guarantee does not apply.

This replacement guarantee does not apply to:

  • Goods damaged due to accidental or negligent damage, or improper use;
    Dust on the screen, bright spots/bright spots/dead spots, or uneven backlighting on the e-ink screen;
    Random accessories;
  • Goods without a relevant invoice and/or receipt and/or an incomplete warranty form;
  • Goods that are damaged or/and have scratches;
  • Products that have been registered for maintenance;
  • If you encounter issues with wireless connections or app operations, customers must directly contact the brand or agent for follow-up. Due to the large number of products and the complexity of connection methods and device combinations, our frontline staff cannot test whether the product quality meets production standards. Common situations include insufficient router signal strength, Bluetooth headphones not pairing, and the app not controlling the product, etc. 

Refund:

  • Except for the replacement guarantee mentioned above, all sold items are non-refundable.
  • Product prices are subject to fluctuations. The selling price is based on the price at the moment the order is placed, and no refunds will be given for any subsequent price adjustments or promotions.
  • If a customer makes an incorrect transfer, the excess amount can only be converted into points for future purchases. If the customer insists on a refund...
  • If a guest applies for a refund after payment for the order due to individual reasons, an administrative fee of $50 or 2% of the product price will be charged, whichever is higher.
