A1. It is normal for the power bank to feel warm during wireless charging as it is magnetically attached to the back of the phone. This product has been certified for safe use.

Q2. Why is wireless charging slower than wired charging?

A2. Wireless charging uses coil coupling, and under the same power output, the charging efficiency is usually lower than that of wired charging. To speed up charging, you can use the built-in charging cable for wired charging or minimize phone usage while charging.

Q3. What do the indicator lights on the power bank mean?

A3. The power bank has four white battery indicator lights and one blue wireless charging indicator light. During use, the white indicator lights will remain on until the power bank is completely drained. If you only want to use the phone holder function (magnetically attach the phone without charging), please double-click the button to disable wireless charging.

Q4. Why does my iPhone stop charging at 80%?
