The OMRON HEM-7121 blood pressure monitor features fully automatic inflation and deflation, along with a large LCD screen for clear readings and simple operation, making it suitable for daily blood pressure measurement at home.

This device features a cuff fit check function to help confirm that the cuff is worn correctly. If body movement occurs during measurement, a movement error alert will be displayed, reminding you to measure again for more reliable readings.

In addition, when the measurement exceeds 135/85 mmHg, a high blood pressure warning symbol will flash on the screen, making it easy to promptly monitor changes in blood pressure.

Before measuring, rest for at least 15 minutes and remain relaxed and quiet.

1. Insert your left arm into the cuff, with the cuff air tube facing the inside of your palm.
2. When worn on the left arm: The triangular mark should be positioned in the middle of the arm, approximately 10–20 mm from the elbow, with the air tube mark aligned with the extension of the middle finger.
3. When worn on the right arm: When wrapping the cuff around the right arm, position the cuff's air tube on the inner side of the body, and ensure that the elbow does not press on the air tube.
4. During measurement, sit upright and relax, remain quiet without speaking, and do not move your body.
