Maintenance Coverage

All products sold in this store are Authentic Hong Kong goods Provided by authorized agent in Hong Kong Original factory one-year maintenance service (Unless otherwise specified for individual products).

Proof of Warranty

To ensure a smooth maintenance application process, customers must retain the following documents:

Maintenance Claim Procedure

Customers in Hong Kong and Macau must contact the manufacturer if they discover any product malfunctions during the warranty period. Contact the authorized distributor in Hong Kong directly. We can arrange for testing, repair, or replacement. If customers are unable to contact the agent, please feel free to contact DIGIBAL Customer Service Department; we will be happy to assist you.

Product Specifications

All products sold by DIGIBAL are Hong Kong official retail versions, supplied as standard with a UK-style 3-pin plug.

Travel adapters and country-specific plug converters are not included. Customers are kindly responsible for sourcing their own adapter where required.

All products are covered by a 1-year to 2-year warranty, with the exact duration specified on the individual product page.

All warranty servicing is processed in Hong Kong, ensuring consistent quality control and genuine parts replacement.
