Q&A:

The flash pulse feels hot and causes redness or pain. Is this normal?

Start using this device from the first level.
Once you adapt to this level, gradually increase to a higher level. It is normal to feel slight warmth from the flash pulse, which will not cause any skin issues.
This issue may be due to excess hair or using the flash pulse on tanned skin.
Please use this device on untanned skin and remove excess hair with a handheld razor or shaver.
If redness or pain occurs, stop using this device immediately, then cool and moisturize the skin.
If the condition does not improve, stop using this device and consult a doctor.

How many times can I use it in a day?

The usage time for each body part should be limited to five minutes per day*.

After the flash pulse discharges, I can immediately smell a burnt odor. Is this normal?

The burnt smell comes from the flash pulse heating excess hair.
If the device itself emits a burnt smell, stop using the device immediately, turn it off, and unplug the AC adapter.
Do not flash the same area more than once a day. Intense heat stimulation may cause skin issues.
