🆚 Comparison of Models in the Same Series

❓ Frequently Asked Questions

Q: How should I choose between the CANON RF 28mm f/2.8 STM and other lenses in the same class?
A: This is a CANON 28mm f/2.8 lens, designed to deliver a wide aperture, shallow depth of field, and strong low-light performance. The comparison table for the same series (above) lists the focal length, aperture, and positioning differences between available models from the same brand. Choose according to your main photography subjects.

Q: What are the practical benefits of the wide f/2.8 aperture?
A: The wide f/2.8 aperture provides a shallower depth of field and better low-light tolerance, making it suitable for subject separation in portraits and indoor photography.

Q: What camera bodies are compatible with the CANON RF 28mm f/2.8 STM? Can it be used with all Canon RF camera bodies?
A: This lens uses the Canon RF mount. Please confirm that your camera body has the same mount before purchasing. If you need to adapt it to another system, please contact the store first to check adapter compatibility.

Q: What shooting situations is this lens suitable for?
A: The 28mm focal length paired with an f/2.8 aperture is suitable for portraits, indoor low-light photography, and shallow-depth-of-field work.

Q: Does it have image stabilization? How stable is it for handheld shooting?
A: Please refer to the official specifications for the image stabilization details (the “Image Stabilization” column in the specification table; items not yet verified are marked “To be verified”). With a wide-aperture lens in low light, you can use a higher ISO with shutter-priority mode to compensate; telephoto lenses are recommended for use with a tripod or monopod.

Q: Is it an official local product or an parallel-import product? What warranty is provided?
A: The version sold and warranty arrangements are subject to the store’s policies (parallel import / manufacturer warranty arrangements; please contact the store for details). The receipt and warranty documents will be included with the shipment.

Q: Can it be returned or exchanged? Is repair service available if it breaks?
A: Please refer to the store’s return, exchange, and repair policies for details. For local after-sales support in Hong Kong, please contact the store directly.
