The AT-LP8X is a semi-automatic direct drive turntable, equipped with a newly designed tonearm lift mechanism that automatically raises the tonearm and stops the motor at the end of a record playback.

Its J-shaped aluminum tonearm is inspired by classic A-T models from the 1960s and 70s,

featuring a newly designed AT-LT10 headshell and an AT-VM95E BK (black) cartridge with a 0.3 x 0.7 mil elliptical stylus.

This configuration provides excellent channel separation and low distortion, delivering outstanding sound quality. The stylus can be replaced or swapped with any other style in the VM95 series for personalization.

The vertical tracking angle (VTA) adjustment and counterweight design of the tonearm allow it to be used with various other cartridges.

The semi-automatic direct drive turntable supports three speeds: 33-1/3 RPM, 45 RPM, and 78 RPM*.

*A dedicated SP cartridge or replacement AT-VMN95SP stylus is required to play 78 RPM records.

Equipped with a speed sensing system to ensure accurate platter rotation speed.

The newly designed low-torque direct drive DC servo motor enhances anti-skating and vibration performance.

A 25mm rubber damping, anti-resonance die-cast aluminum platter, paired with a 2.5mm rubber mat.

J-shaped tonearm with adjustable vertical tracking angle (VTA).

Includes a counterweight that expands the cartridge/headshell weight range from 14.0 grams to 23.5 grams.

A newly designed internal switch power supply, optimized for audio performance.
