Grey market products do not come with a warranty in Hong Kong, but this platform offers a 90-day shopping guarantee. The plugs for parallel imported products are local country plugs; for example, Japanese version products will only provide Japanese plugs, and customers need to purchase adapters themselves. The V3 Max is a QMK customizable mechanical keyboard featuring 2.4 GHz wireless and Bluetooth 5.1 connectivity. It has a classic TKL layout and offers a gasket mount design, sound-absorbing foam, dual-color PBT keycaps, and more. The V3 Max is designed to provide a personalized experience and enhance typing comfort.
All-Around Customizable Keyboard
To build a fully customizable keyboard, we designed every component to be easily assembled so you can customize and adjust any or every part the way you want.
2.4 GHz & Bluetooth Connection
Experience peak gaming performance with 2.4 GHz wireless connectivity and a 1000 Hz polling rate. For seamless multitasking on computers, phones, and tablets, you can easily connect the V3 Max to three devices via Bluetooth 5.1.
Dual Receivers
For a better 2.4 GHz wireless experience, the V3 Max comes with Type-C and Type-A receivers. Enjoy quick plug-and-play times. Alternatively, store them in the magnetic storage slot in the top right corner of the keyboard.
Epic Core Inside the Keyboard
Equipped with a powerful ARM architecture MCU with 256K Flash, it provides developers with greater flexibility. The out-of-the-box polling rate is 1000 Hz, making it virtually lag-free even in competitive gaming.
OSA Profile Dual-Color PBT Keycaps
These dual-color PBT keycaps have a height similar to the OEM profile and feature a shape akin to SA. We named them OSA (OEM Spherical Angle) keycaps. PBT keycaps will provide excellent oil resistance, enhance the typing feel, and prevent legends from fading.
Switching Layouts Between macOS and Windows
The Keychron V3 Max was designed with Mac users in mind while still maintaining compatibility with Windows devices, featuring a system switch and an extra set of custom keycaps for Windows and macOS systems. Now you can save two different layouts on the keyboard, one for each system.
Gasket Mount Design
By adopting a gasket mount design and a PC (polycarbonate) plate, the V3 Max reduces acoustic resonance, providing a softer and quieter typing experience while enhancing flexibility.
As the VIA code for the V3 Max is still awaiting approval from Github, it is not yet auto-detected. Please download the corresponding keyboard mapping JSON file below, open VIA, go to the "Settings" tab and enable "Show Design Tab," then drag the JSON file into the "Design" tab in VIA to make the V3 Max keyboard mapping work in VIA.
Hot-Swappable Support
Hot-swappable sockets are installed on the PCB, so you can install or replace switches without soldering. The PCB supports 3-pin and 5-pin MX mechanical switches.
South-Facing RGB LED Lights
The south-facing RGB LED design is intended to better illuminate the keyboard backlight from the typist's perspective and is compatible with high-quality non-translucent PBT keycaps. When users install OEM or Cherry-style alternative keycaps on the keyboard, the south-facing RGB will not be obstructed.
Gateron Jupiter Switches
Our unique Gateron Jupiter mechanical switches (available only in fully assembled versions) feature a 3-pin design, pre-lubricated to meet reliable Gateron quality standards, with a key lifespan of up to 80 million presses. Its unique LED diffuser design provides high RGB backlight transmittance and a softer backlight effect. The banana switch offers an early tactile bump at the top, providing a unique smooth experience similar to the market's panda switches.
Screw-In PCB Stabilizers
Even small components can affect the feel at your fingertips. We integrated screw-in stabilizers mounted on the PCB to provide a smoother typing experience while reducing wobble on larger keys like the spacebar, Shift, Enter, and Delete. The Keychron V3 Max also supports third-party screw-in PCB stabilizers.
