Does the phone case need to support magnetic attachment?

Yes. Only a MagSafe case or a case with a magnetic ring on the back can attach securely on contact; ordinary leather or hard cases without a magnetic ring will only be lightly held through the case and can easily slide off.

Can it still charge if the case doesn't have a magnetic ring?

Yes. Connect it with the included Type-C cable and it will charge as normal. Magnetic attachment is simply a convenient way to start charging on contact, not the only charging method.

Why does it easily come loose after attaching?

In most cases, the case does not have a magnetic ring, so the attachment is already loose from the moment it is placed on. Add a magnetic ring (align it with the centre of the phone's charging coil) or switch to a MagSafe case to resolve the issue.

Can't the new device charge out of the box?

New units may have transport protection enabled: press and hold the power button for about 5 seconds to wake it; if there is still no response, use a certified charger to charge the power bank itself for 10–15 minutes to unlock it. Once the LED lights up, charge your device.

Stops charging after charging your earbuds or watch for a while?

The power bank automatically shuts off to save power when it detects no low-current draw. Double-press the power button to enable trickle charging (low-current) mode. Once charging is complete, double-press again to return to normal mode.

Stops at 80%?

That is your phone’s own battery protection feature (optimized charging), not a problem with the power bank. Turn off optimized charging or continue using your phone, and charging will resume.
