Q1. Why does the power bank provide fewer charges than expected?
A1. Some energy is lost during the power conversion process (typically 30% - 45%), which is normal. After conversion, a fully charged 20,100mAh power bank can provide approximately 11,250mAh of power to your device.

Q2. Why can't the power bank reach its maximum power while charging?
A2. Please ensure that the charging cable you use supports 100W (5A). Third-party chargers can only provide the maximum power supported under the PD protocol. Slight heating during charging is normal. To protect the battery, the power output may decrease. Please charge in a cool place and avoid charging other devices simultaneously.

Q3. Why does charging slow down or stop when my phone reaches 80%?
A3. An iPhone may pause charging at 80% to protect battery health, especially when the phone is hot. Charging will resume after the phone cools down. Some phones may also pause charging at 80% when battery optimization is enabled. Please check your phone's battery settings.

Q4. Is it normal for the power bank or connected device to heat up during charging?
A4. Yes, this is normal. Devices may heat up when charging for extended periods or while being used during charging (especially for gaming or video playback). For improved heat dissipation, the metal housing may feel warmer. Please use this product in a cool, well-ventilated environment (32-77°F / 0-25°C).

Q5. Why do the readings on the charger's screen differ from those on the power bank or third-party tools such as POWER-Z?
A5. The results may vary because each device measures at a different location.
Aging charging cables and transmission losses can affect the readings.
The power bank's display shows only one decimal place.
