保養範圍 Coverage
本店所售之產品均為香港正貨行貨,由香港授權代理提供原廠一年保養服務(除個別產品另行註明外)。
如屬平行進口產品,其保養期限及條款或會有所不同,詳情請參閱個別產品頁面之說明為準。

保養申請程序 Claim Procedure
香港及澳門地區客戶於保養期內如發現產品出現故障,須自行聯絡產品之香港授權總代理,安排檢測、維修或更換事宜。如客戶未能掌握代理之聯絡方法,歡迎隨時聯絡 DIGIBAL 客戶服務部,我們將樂意提供協助。

Product Specifications
All products sold by DIGIBAL are Hong Kong official retail versions, supplied as standard with a UK-style 3-pin plug.
Travel adapters and country-specific plug converters are not included. Customers are kindly responsible for sourcing their own adapter where required.
Warranty Coverage
All products are covered by a 1-year to 2-year warranty, with the exact duration specified on the individual product page.
All warranty servicing is processed in Hong Kong, ensuring consistent quality control and genuine parts replacement.

In most cases, DIGIBAL will dispatch a brand-new or refurbished replacement directly.

請聯絡 DIGIBAL 客服並提供訂單編號/註冊電郵,我們可協助於系統中查核交易紀錄。惟仍須配合產品上之代理保養貼紙作核實。
Please contact DIGIBAL customer service with your order number or registered email. We will assist in verifying your transaction record, subject to the official distributor sticker being intact.Q2. 保養維修一般需要多長時間? / How long does the warranty process take?
香港地區一般為 7 至 14 個工作天;海外客戶因涉及國際物流轉送,預計需時 3 至 6 星期,實際時間視乎代理檢測進度而定。
Hong Kong: 7–14 business days. Overseas: 3–6 weeks due to international logistics and distributor processing time.Q3. 海外客戶可否選擇於當地維修? / Can overseas customers repair locally?
由於本店所售之產品均為香港行貨版本,海外地區之原廠代理或不接受跨區保養。為確保保養權益,所有保養服務均統一由香港處理。
As all products are Hong Kong retail versions, overseas distributors may not honor cross-region warranty. To safeguard your rights, all warranty services are centralized in Hong Kong.Q4. POWERBANK 出現問題,一定要寄回產品嗎? / Do I need to return the faulty power bank?
大部分情況下無須寄回。基於鋰電池跨境運輸之安全規範,客戶只需提供清晰相片或影片予客服檢測,經核實後公司會直接寄出全新品或翻新品作更換。
In most cases, no return is required. Due to lithium battery shipping regulations, simply submit clear photos/videos. A new or refurbished replacement will be dispatched directly.Q5. 退貨運費實報實銷,需要保留甚麼文件? / What documents are needed for shipping reimbursement?
請保留付款收據(如 UPS、FedEx、Royal Mail、Australia Post 等),收據須清晰顯示寄件人、收件地址及實際付款金額。將收據以電郵或 WhatsApp 提交客服後,金額將於 14 個工作天內退回原付款方式或以 CASH DOLLARS 形式退還。
Retain your shipping payment receipt (UPS, FedEx, Royal Mail, Australia Post etc.), clearly showing sender, recipient, and amount. Submit via email or WhatsApp; reimbursement is processed within 14 business days.Q6. 人為損壞無法保養,可否安排付費維修? / Can DIGIBAL arrange paid repair for out-of-warranty cases?
可以。如產品超出保養範圍,DIGIBAL 可協助轉介至香港原廠維修中心進行付費維修,費用及維修期將由代理直接報價,客戶可決定是否進行。
