Q1. Why does my iPhone stop charging at 80%?

A1. Due to the thermal management mechanism of iOS 17, to prevent the battery from overheating, your iPhone may automatically stop charging when the battery reaches 80%. As your iPhone cools down, charging will resume normally. Moving your iPhone to a cooler location can help speed up the process.

Q2. What are the functions of the buttons on the device?

A2. Press the button once to display the battery level (4 LED indicators) and start wireless charging. Press and hold for 2 seconds to turn off the LED indicator and wireless charging function. Pressing and holding for 5 seconds will disable the Live Connect feature.

Q3. Why is my phone overheating?

A3. Our thermal control system keeps the charging surface below 104°F (40°C), but your phone may still feel warm, especially under frequent use. If overheating occurs during charging, pause charging and allow the phone to cool down before continuing charging.
