Does my phone case need to support magnetic attachment?

Yes. Only a MagSafe case or a case with a built-in magnetic ring on the back can attach securely on contact. A regular leather or hard case without a magnetic ring will only attach lightly through the case and can easily slip off.

Can it still charge if my case doesn't have a magnetic ring?

Yes. Connect the included Type-C cable and it will charge as usual. Magnetic attachment is simply a convenient way to charge on contact, not the only charging method.

Why does it easily come loose after attaching it?

In most cases, the phone case does not have a magnetic ring, so the attachment is already loose from the moment you put it on. Add a magnetic ring (align it with the centre of the phone's charging coil) or switch to a MagSafe case to solve the issue.

Can't it charge after unboxing a new device?

The new unit may have transport protection enabled: press and hold the power button for about 5 seconds to wake it up; if there is still no response, use a qualified charger to charge the power bank itself for 10–15 minutes to unlock it. Wait until the LED lights up before charging your device.

Does it stop after charging your earbuds/watch for a while?

The power bank automatically shuts off to save power when it detects no small current. Double-click the power button to enable trickle-charge (low-current) mode, then double-click again to return to normal mode after charging.

Does it stop charging at 80%?

That is your phone’s own battery protection feature (Optimized Battery Charging), not a problem with the power bank; turn off Optimized Battery Charging or continue using the phone, and it will resume charging.
