FAQ
Q1. Why does my iPhone stop charging at 80%?
A1. Due to the iOS 17 thermal management mechanism, your iPhone may automatically stop charging when the battery reaches 80% to prevent overheating. Charging will resume normally once your iPhone cools down. Moving your iPhone to a cooler location can help speed up this process.

Q2. What do the buttons on the device do?
A2. Press the button once to display the battery level (4 LED indicators) and activate wireless charging. Press and hold for 2 seconds to turn off the LED indicators and wireless charging. Press and hold for 5 seconds to disable the “Instant Connection” function.

Q3. Why is my phone overheating?
A3. Our temperature control system keeps the charging surface below 104°F (40°C), but your phone may still become warm, especially during frequent use. If overheating occurs during charging, stop charging and allow the phone to cool before charging again.

Q4. Why does my power bank provide less capacity than expected?
A4. Since the battery experiences a 35% to 45% capacity loss during the charging process, the Anker MagGo Power Bank (10K, Slim) can provide approximately 5,500mAh to 6,500mAh of usable capacity for your device.



Q5. Why can't I charge my AirPods?
A5. If the AirPods charging case is not completely within the charging area required for wireless charging, the function will not activate. Make sure the charging case is positioned in the center of the charging pad, then press the button to activate wireless charging.
