The product is sent back to the local warehouse and then shipped back to Hong Kong for testing and repair by the original manufacturer's agent. The shipping costs are reimbursed based on actual expenses incurred.
Ship to local warehouse → forwarded to HK for repair. Shipping fee reimbursed.
OPTION B
Stock Credit
By product Proportional calculation using time.,by STOCK CREDIT The returned item can be used immediately for your next purchase.
Depreciated value refunded as STOCK CREDIT — instantly usable for future purchases.
