Grey market products do not come with a warranty in Hong Kong, but this platform offers a 90-day shopping guarantee. The plugs for parallel imported products are local country plugs; for example, Japanese version products will only provide Japanese plugs, and customers need to purchase adapters themselves. Customers can also buy various travel adapters from our company for use as adapters. All parallel imported products sold by the company are of international voltage and do not require a transformer.
