Introduction

Product Description The Sigma 17-40mm F1.8 DC | Art lens takes the groundbreaking innovation of the Sigma 18-35mm F1.8 DC HSM | Art lens even further. The latter was the world's first F1.8 large-aperture zoom lens and earned widespread acclaim in the photography and video industries. Thirteen years later, this next-generation lens not only delivers even better optical performance, but also offers a wider 17-40mm focal length range while reducing weight by more than 30%. This significantly enhances the versatility of a large-aperture standard zoom lens. In addition to fast and quiet autofocus driven by an HLA (High-response Linear Actuator), the lens also features an internal zoom mechanism and minimal focus breathing, ensuring excellent performance for both still photography and video production.
