Does my phone case need to support magnetic charging?

Yes. Only a MagSafe case or a case with a built-in magnetic ring can snap on securely and charge instantly. Ordinary leather or hard cases without a magnetic ring will only be held lightly through the case and may easily slide off.

Can it still charge if my case does not have a magnetic ring?

Yes. Simply connect the included Type-C cable and it will charge as usual. Magnetic charging is just a convenient way to charge instantly—it is not the only charging method.

Why does it come loose easily after attaching it?

In most cases, the phone case does not have a magnetic ring, so the connection is already loose when attached. Add a magnetic ring (align it with the centre of the phone’s charging coil) or switch to a MagSafe case to solve the problem.

Why can’t it charge a new device straight out of the box?

The new device may have transport protection enabled: press and hold the power button for about 5 seconds to wake it up. If there is still no response, use a suitable charger to charge the power bank itself for 10–15 minutes to unlock it. Once the LED lights up, charge your device again.

Why does it stop after charging my earbuds or watch for a while?

The power bank automatically shuts down to save power when it detects an extremely low current. Double-click the power button to activate trickle (low-current) charging mode, then double-click again to return to normal mode after charging.

Why does it stop charging at 80%?

This is your phone’s own battery protection feature (optimized charging), not a problem with the power bank. Turn off optimized charging or continue using the phone, and it will resume charging.

Is this a Hong Kong genuine product?
