Q. How do I use the tea and coffee accessories?

A dedicated drip-filter accessory is included and can be installed below the water outlet. Add tea leaves or coffee grounds, and the machine will use 92°C temperature-controlled water for even multi-point dripping. In coffee mode, it automatically adjusts the water ratio and performs three-stage extraction and steeping.

Q. What are the two purified water jugs for?

The 1.8-litre removable design lets you take them to the living room or bedroom for drinking, or to the kitchen for cooking and making soup, so you do not need to walk to the machine every time you need water.

Q. What does the TDS display mean?

The TDS (Total Dissolved Solids) value provides real-time monitoring of the water quality in the source water tank and purified water jugs, ensuring that every cup of water you drink is fresh and clean.

Q. How often do I need to replace the filter?

The filter lasts approximately 1 year (based on daily water consumption of 5 litres). With the QuickTwist quick-replacement design, simply twist off the old filter and replace it with a new one.
