Experience uninterrupted audio playback through the aptX Adaptive codec, improving audio and video synchronization. Once connected, the codec allows you to prioritize between dynamic bit rate (high quality) or dynamic latency (low latency) based on your needs. This selection can be viewed in the Creative app.

Low latency mode effectively reduces latency to around 50 milliseconds*, making it ideal for latency-sensitive gaming and movies.

Even at lower bit rates, aptX Adaptive high quality delivers exceptional audio quality. With aptX Adaptive high quality, you can enjoy aptX HD audio quality of up to 420 kbps, perfect for high-resolution music.

When you want to switch between Bluetooth headphones and speakers, there's no need to go through the hassle of disconnecting, searching, and pairing repeatedly. The intuitive device switching feature on the Creative BT-W5 allows you to easily switch connected output devices with just a press of a button.

It can remember up to 4 devices for easy switching in the order of initial pairing.
Forgot the order of devices? No worries, download and install the Creative app on your PC to check the remembered devices. You can also use the software to select nearby devices for pairing or easily redo the entire list of connected devices.

Switch from listening to anything to instantly answering a brief call! Double-click the Bluetooth button on the Creative BT-W5 to enter HFP mode and chat via the built-in microphone on your Bluetooth headset.
Applicable to: PC and Mac, where audio pickup is likely, such as keyboard typing noise on a desktop.

The Creative BT-W5 is extremely lightweight at only 3 grams, with a compact design the size of a coin, making it very portable.
